Once a project has been delivered by us and is fully paid for, we will assign the rights of the design for the use(s) described in the contract — and also send you a copy of your web site on disk for safekeeping. You can host your site wherever you want; most of our clients go through us for hosting.

We reserve the right to photograph and/or distribute or publish for our firm's promotional and marketing needs any work we create for you, including mock-ups and comprehensive presentations, as samples for our portfolio, firm news letter, brochures, slide presentations and similar media.
