Payments made to Wyatt Lane, LLC d/b/a WSDNO are generally non-refundable; provided, however, that WSDNO may, at its discretion, refund your payment if the work is unperformed or canceled before it can be performed.
We accept credit card payments as a convenience to you; we do not pad our invoices or pass along the transaction fees we have to pay each time you pay us by credit card. By using a credit card to pay WSDNO, you agree to unconditionally waive any and all 'charge back' rights. If you have a question about a charge on your credit card you agree to contact us. If you deliberately or inadvertently issue a 'charge back' to your credit card, your account may be terminated and you agree to pay a $50 processing and collection fee to cover our costs for processing each charge back.
